Because of my job, I sit all day, and after a while my back and neck started to hurt so much it affected my sleep and everyday life. Now, thanks to the regular massages and his exercise and stretching recommendations, I can keep doing my job. I always feel so much lighter after each massage, and I can move more freely. I prefer to get massages regularly as it makes such a huge difference in my mobility, sleep and my posture too.
